Sanlorenzo's 44 Alloy - Annabella

La Vie Superyacht - Tecnomar Evo 120

44.5m Annabella from Sanlorenzo

Sanlorenzo, the Italian yacht builders, created this masterpiece just last year in 2021. She is 44.5m in length, with a 9.3m beam, giving her a volume of 482GT. She sits in the water at a 2.2m draft. This model is the 44Alloy and Annabella is only 1 of 9 made.  She is ranked as the 25th largest yacht made by Sanlorenzo and is listed as 1,495th in the rankings for the biggest yachts in the world.

This 3-deck yacht has an alluminium superstructure and hull.  Her exterior design and extremely sleek profile is the work of Rome based Zuccon International Project. This Italian architecture studio has been responsible for the design work of approximately 548 other yachts. The use of Annabella’s champagne colour is eye-catching but emanates elegance and class.

Her interior design and styling is the work of Studio Liaigre, who are also responsible for 8 other superyacht interiors. Keeping in line with the owner’s requirements, she has an Asian inspired design throughout, but with a touch of French.  There is so much attention to the details and finishes, which is a signature of this French designer.  She features beveled corners, and doors that slightly narrow to the bottom, which is Asian typical when it comes to architecture.  Even the furnishings throughout, are all custom-made.

Her accommodation on board allows for up to 10 guests and 7 crew members. The master suite is divided into 3 levels that interconnect, bestowing the owner with a 147sqm private apartment that has indoor and outdoor areas, including a pool.  In areas they’ve used sliding panels instead of fixed walls, allowing flexibility and fluidity. There are also 4 x double staterooms on the lower deck.

On her upper deck, she features a karaoke room and a cinema area. There is an 83sqm teak sundeck for sunbathing, socialising or alfresco dining. Plus a large beach club that is 102sqm with a bar area and gymnasium, not to mention the folding platforms at the stern and sides.

Annabella has a top speed of 23 knots, powered by twin diesel MTU engines. When compared to yachts of a similar size, her top speed is above average, as is her cruising speed of 21 knots. She can carry 41,000L in her fuel tanks, and 8,000L in her water tanks. This all gives her a range of approx 2,000nm when cruising at 11 knots.

Annabella was sold previously in 2018. She now sits in the prestigious private marina of Sentosa Cove, Singapore, one of Asia’s finest marinas. She floats just a stone's throw away from the doors of the esteemed ONE°15 members club.  The 44 Alloy model from Sanlorenzo is currently asking for around €26,000,000.
